Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing is a fun workout for all students to try. 

 

It is very unique to other kinds of cardio kickboxing because we teach you based on our martial arts experience. So as someone new we would teach you how to punch and do all the same kicks we do in Tae Kwon Do.

 

This is not only to help you get a good workout. It is mainly to teach you proper technique to prevent injury and gives you the ability to go at your own pace.
