One Step Sparring 

One Step Sparring #1

Stepping into a side riding stance with the right foot. Blocking the punch with the left hand in a knife hand block. Follow up with a right hand riding stance lunge punch. 

One Step Sparring #2

As the punch is coming towards you kick to the stomach with a front snap kick. As you land step into a side riding stance. Blocking with the knife hand block and punching with the right hand. All remaining in the side riding stance. 

One Step Sparring #3

Stepping into a right side riding stance outer forearm block. After successfully blocking the punch use the right hand to throw a backfist to the groin and then follow  up with the same hand by striking with a backfist to the temple. 

One Step Sparring #5

Stepping with the right foot into a back stance. The left hand is in a knife hand block as the right hand at the same time does a knife hand strike to the throat. This first strike is done with the palm up. Bring the right foot to left foot in a closed stance. Grab your partners wrist with the left hand. At the same time pulling your partner off balance as you bring your feet together. From this point strike with your right hand palm down to the opposite side of the throat as you bring your feet together.

One Step Sparring #4

Stepping into a right side riding stance outer forearm block. With the right hand put you fist into your palm of your left hand. Striking with a right elbow then turning to your backside for a left elbow. Both elbow strikes are to the solar plexus. 

One Step Sparring #6

Stepping into a left foot forward stand rising block. After successfully blocking the punch attack with a reverse punch to the bridge of your partners nose. 

One Step Sparring #8

From chun bee block with your left foot with a right foot inner crescent block. Holding your chamber and then kicking with a right foot side thrusting kick. 

One Step Sparring #7

From chun bee block with the left foot outer crescent block. As you step down do a right foot front back leg front turning kick to the head or ribs. Land in a riding stance when you finish your kick. 

One Step Sparring #9

Stepping in with the right foot into a rear foor stance rising palm block with the right hand.  Kick with the right foot with a front snap kick to the armpit. 

One Step Sparring #10

Stepping in with the right foot wedging block. Striking with both hands in knife hands to each side of the neck as you slide in. Then grabbing the right hand to the front of the head and the left hand to the back. After your grab the head do a turning motion with your hand as if turning your partners head.
